Minimum physical standards

Each new security recruit must successfully complete the Basic Training Plus the additional specific training institute as may be required. The content is identified in the basic training curriculum . A focus on quality awareness is an integral part of all training programs. All courses culminate in written, oral and practical examinations. Guards who fail to meet the required standard either during the course or as a result of the examination as rejected. Guards that pass the course are given certificate of completion the Training Programme.

Supervision

During the early stage of group’s development it was realised that no one can work in a vacuum and without close management input, encouragement, stimulation, and proper monitoring . Therefore in order to provide quality service we give a lot of importance on the ground supervision. In this regard a strong operation team comprising of managers, inspectors and patrolling supervisors carry out our assignments and guards on twice in week basis.

Periodic Reviews

Regular review meetings are held in all levels. These meetings are held on a weekly basis with operation managers on a fortnight, monthly basis by director

To meet our client expectations and maintain high quality standards, our training academy conducts exhaustive courses to develop and enhance the skills of our guarding personnels.. Training program

NWPS personnels involved in the ongoing process of Quality Improvement, which results in employee retention with corresponding growth in customer satisfaction and contract renewals. Basic course and on the Job Training is given to individuals before they are placed at the site. The School runs various courses such as Basic, Refresher, Specialised and Management courses at various levels. A broad outline of the various courses conducted for the Guarding Staffs set out below . These courses are conducted by way of classroom lectures using audio visual aid, role-play exercises, practical training on the site.
