Having established itself in Kolkata for more than 4 years ago, the company has gained tremendous knowledge and experience about the security needs, performance requirements and prevalent local scenarios.

These are controlled by zonal managing directors and other supports staffs viz. Operation Managers, Finance Managers, Personnel Managers and other supervisory staffs.

The office is strategically located in all the cities enable shortest route response time in emergencies and having multiple offices covered in the City. Supervisory teams comprises of Patroling Supervisors and Inspectors who work round the clock to monitor all our clients and premises and ensure that the service is being provided in a befitting manner

Uniforms

We believe that smart uniform is an essential part of a Smart guard force. We at NWPS pride ourselves on the uniform that we use as it is not only smart looking and practical about but also flexible. Different layers can be used to suit prevailing climatic conditions. To ensure consistent quality and timely supply of the uniform, these are manufactured by our in-house subsidiary company.

Deployment / Documentation / JT

Based on the customised security design and the agreed manpower requirements, deployment takes place. All required documents such as site and post instructions, important telephone numbers, patrolling check lists, duty schedules attendance rosters, training reports, leave application forms, incident report sheets are placed at the main security post.

24 * 7 Control Room Service

In order to provide the best services to its customers, the Company has developed a concept of 24 hours Control Room located in all its regional, branch and head offices. To respond to the emergencies Mobile Quick Reaction Teams are available at the disposal of the control room.

Trained controller is put in each control room whose jobs is to receive messages , analysis them and inform to the right person. This acts as an one point communication and command center . This certainly gives support to the operations team and works as a “Nerve Center” for a responsible organisation.
